Chaperone Policy

A chaperone can be available for all medical examinations.

This will be offered to all patients on booking the appointment.

Please make the need for a chaperone known at the time of booking, as otherwise the option may not be available.

 

Complaints Policy

We always strive  to provide a personal, comprehensive and high quality service to all clients.

At times the service may not reach your expectations, or may be lacking in some other respect.

You should feel free to raise any matters of concern at the time of your appointment.

If you feel unable to do this, for whatever reason, then you may send in your concerns by letter or e-mail.

We will acknowledge your communication within 48hours of receipt, and respond in full within seven days of receipt.

 

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide a high quality and efficient service. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment/cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel your appointment we ask that you call by 10 a.m. one (1) working day in advance. This enables us to schedule another client and in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you, as well as others. Please call on: 07515 409885.

Short notice cancellations (i.e. offering less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur the full fee of the cost of the medical service booked.

Failure to attend a booked appointment will incur payment of the full fee of the medical service booked.

Unfortunately there have been a number of occasions where people have failed to attend appointments without notice of cancellation and for this reason we reserve the right to charge for the medical service at the time of booking.

Saturday appointments are in particularly high demand and your early cancellation will enable another person to access the appointment slot.

Credit/Company Card Surcharges

A surcharge will be applicable for Credit Cards and Company Cards. If this is the case, you will be shown the amount, and you will have the opportunity to pay by a different method. The surcharges are typically between 1 and 2.3%, depending on the card type.

The reason we apply a surcharge is to cover the cost of the commission charges that we have to pay to our credit card providers for payments made by credit card. Customers are not charged for making payment by debit card.
